What Will You Do?

Develop, implement and execute strategic PR programs to improve public perception of company and ensure that plans and messages are aligned with the company’s strategy.

Measure and evaluate effectiveness; and drive continuous improvement of PR programs.

Coordinate integrated PR activities across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, digital, social media, web, mobile, etc to engage audiences across traditional and new media to promote company branding.

Execute PR activities adhering to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders as well as provide communications guidance to execute specific communications goals.

Manage communications budget and resource plans to enable achievement of objectives.

Assist and inform an organization’s executives and spokespeople to ensure every communication made is aligned with the company’s objective.

Create content for press releases, draft speeches, and keynote presentations to spread information about company image.

Respond to information queries from media and the general public to give information needed about the company.

Cooperate with procurement in identifying third-party vendors to ensure the selected third-party vendors will meet the company needs.

 

What Does It Take?

Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in public relations, journalism or communications

10 years relevant experience in Public Relations and Communications

Proven successes in both traditional and interactive PR channels

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Event planning experience

Strong capabilities in PR (Corporate Reputation, Event Management, Crisis Communications)

Exceptional writing and editing skills

Good presentation skills

Good networking skills (esp. with media)
